Empowering Southwest Utah’s Workforce and Economy

FutureReady Utah is a collaborative effort to elevate southwest Utah's workforce and economy and to help local residents thrive at work. This no-cost program aims to bring guided economic growth to southwest Utah, expand business markets, and deliver accessible training opportunities to all local residents, including those who have traditionally been underserved. Services include:

  • Offering short-term, free and reduced-cost career training.

  • Connecting job seekers to high-wage careers.

  • Providing free business training and consulting for employers.

FutureReady Utah is delivered by Southern Utah University, Utah Tech University, and Snow College jointly, and is supported by chambers of commerce and economic development leaders throughout the 11-county southwest region of the state, and the Economic Development Administration (EDA).
